Bali, Indonesia Trip 2009 Day 4
Our Day 4 Itenary was Southern Tour: Morning swim at Hotel Greenfield ->Breakfast at Greenfield hotel -> Pasar Ubud -> Lunch at Bu Oka (Babi Guling) ->Sukawati -> Nusa Dua Beach – Water Blow -> GWK -> Blue Point Villa -> PuJa Mandala -> Uluwatu for sunset -> Dinner at Jimbaran.
Today is the last day staying at Ubud. So we asked our driver come 11am. Why so late ???
Reason No 1. We want to enjoy taking photo
Reason No 2. We want to enjoy morning swim…

Reason No3. We want to enjoy morning breakfast with nice paddy field view and also enjoy our room facilities… So, we asked the waitress sent the breakfast to our room.
Today we ordered set no5. Greenfield Breakfast special – Fresh Orange Juice, sliced fruit platter, egg any style with sausage, bacon and cheese, white or brown toast, butter and jam and also Hot Chocalate.
For my hubby, he ordered set no1. Fresh Honey Dew, No9. Nasi Goreng and Bali Coffee

Our breakfast so much…That’s why I say their food menu is confusing. Day 3 and Day 4 can order differently.
Our driver – Jonny! He was quite a reliable and safety driver. If you really feel to find him as your driver. Just sms him +62-817-977-0737. He will reply you immediately! You can see his picture and review from http://www.puketoki.com/driver.htm also. I also agree on what this website review on him. His price also reasonable. Full day rate Rp300,000; Half day rate Rp175,000. He will add Rp50,000-Rp100,000 if the places you want to visit too far. He always read magazine while waiting us. He was not talkative person. You need to tell him what you want. He really ok with everything one, as long as you happy. But of course money wise, different story la

We have our light lunch at Babi Guling at Bu Oka ( a restaurant near Pasar Ubud ). We just ordered one plate Bali Guling special Rp25,000 and fruit tea Rp5,000. I feel the babi guling rice is special because I never ate before. But the taste so so ok ok la . Having lunch here really hot. No fan at all. However, when you go Bali, take a chance to try babi guling . Maybe you like it because Babi Guling food was famous in Bali.
After finished lunch, saw a building opposite Bu Oka Babi Guling restaurant. So just took a picture . My friend told me this place last time actually was “king palace”. How come I never noticed it
Need to say goodbye to Ubud already. We continued our journey to Sukawati. A place which sold alot souvenir and things. Compare the price with Pasar Ubud, Sukawati is cheaper. Anyway, depend on you power of bargain!

After finished shopping, Jonny brought us to Southern area. But too bad if we want to see sunset at Uluwatu or Jimbaran, we need to skip some places already. We skip Nusa dua beach, Water blow and GWK. Why we skip because we thought that nusa dua beach, just a beach..nothing special somemore the weather so hot. We skip water blow because Jonny told us August only can see beautiful water blow. Then between GWK and Blue Point Villa, we selected Blue Point villa. Because GWK entrance fees Rp30,000 and only see statues. Lets show you what special at Blue Point Villa.

We reached Blue Point Villa, but to enter here, you need to buy drink from their cafe!!! Else you are not allowed to go in =.=”’
No choice! So ~ We went to this Blue Point cafe bought drinks
Bought Iced Capucino Rp20,000 and Strawberry Milk Shake Rp27,500! Total Rp57,454 include tax!

Beside the nice swimming pool, there was also a nice church! The white church was transparent one. All the chairs made by glass also. Cool! If we have our wedding here… how great ^^
430pm already! We need to rush to Uluwatu Let’s go~
We reached Uluwatu after 10 mins journey. Entrance fees Rp6,000 per pax with free “sarung”. Pura Luhur Uluwatu (Temple ) is one of the most beautiful examples of classical Balinese architecture. It is best to visit during the late afternoon to enjoy the sunset.

Monkey ^^ Kakaaka…
So many monkeys there! You see my face, I was so scared because the monkeys will grab your thing such as key chain, your specs, your show flower, your botol, your food! Becareful ya~

Er… Seem like didnt see any temple oh ^^ . When we walked till monkey area. Got one place was locked. Maybe the temple was inside there or maybe didnt notice it. Nvm la, need to to rush to 6pm kecak dance performance.
Find a place sit and wait for the performance start..While waiting..saw 2 sun??
Sunset ~
At 6pm, we was watching the Kecak dance performance. The ticket was Rp50,000 per pax! Is was a good to watch at least once but not twice because quite boring
Although it was abit boring but you can feel the balinese culture during the 1 hour performance.
After the show already 7pm, so we went to have our dinner at the romantic place – Jimbaran. It was a White sand beach, many seafood restaurant along the beach. Actually our itenary plan is having dinner at Jimbaran Sharkey grilled seafood But I forgot to checked the plan, so our driver just brought us to his recommended restaurant – Damos Cafe. He say got discount 10%. Dont know he got commision or not ^^ Nvm la, just try and see. Hope so dont “chop” us
There was a dance performance
Our meal cost us Rp240,000. Grilled fish 1.2kg Rp110,000, Grilled chicken Rp70,000,both discount 10% Rp20,000, fresh orange juice Rp18,000 and Iced lemon tea Rp10,000. Total Rp245,000 include 10% tax X_X. Quite costly ya But the food overall is ok.
The Corn is nice to eat. Must try ya Rp10,000 for each

The place was so romantic… No regret to have dinner here although expensive
At 9 pm, we end our day 4 trip Good night!
