Cameron Highlands 金马伦高原
On 2002/2003, Me and my KTAR schoolmates went to Cameron Highlands trip for 3 days 2 nights.
I like the weather in Cameron Highlands. It s cold and nice .
We went there by bus from KL. It took around 5 hours only reached..

My housemate Joey has prepared a warm homecook for us on Sunday Dinner. Guess what we have for our dinner??
1. Fried Bitter Gourd with Egg （苦瓜炒蛋）
2. White Radish Soup （白萝卜汤）
3. Spiced Pork Cubes with potato （五香肉丁炒番薯)

Friend Cheese sausage bread roll 油炸热狗面包卷
Ingredients : Cheese Sausage, white bread, egg
Method :
1. Cook the hotdog in boil water for few minutes.
2. Cut the bread to 2 pieces.
3. Roll the sausage with bread.
4. Stick the bread with egg protein.
5. Heat the pan with cooking oil. Then Fried the bread roll.
Dang Dang~~ There were 2 types of sausage bread [...]

Ginkgo nuts with longan tong sui 白果龙眼糖水
Ingredients : Dried longan, Ginkgo nuts (白果）, Snow fungus（雪耳 @白木耳），rock sugar（冰糖）, pear
Method :
1. Soak the snow fungus until soft, cut off the yellow part of the snow fungus.
2. Peel out the shell of the ginkgo nuts.
3. Take out the seeds from ginkgo nuts.
4. Rinse all the ingredients to wash.
