Fried Lotus Root

Fried Lotus Root 炒莲藕 

Ingredients : Lotus root, mushroom, mixed vegetables, squid, onion, garlic, soya sauce, vegetarian oyster flavoured sauce, salt


Method : Fried garlic, sotong, and mushroom first. Then pour the lotus root and fried together. Mixed vegetables already well-cooked. Thus, pour in the last :D
Then, add some oyster sauce, kicap, salt. Then fried again for around 10 – 15 minutes. ( Within the fried process, I got add in some water also ).

Yeah, finally my Lotus root with mushroom can be served la…..莲藕脆脆的。。 I Like it!


 This dishes cost around SGD3 and can serve for 5 peoples.
